Tina Taylor is Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of a commercial and technology management firm, Core3 Innovations, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage STEM Camps Foundation, and Partner at Unum Capital, LLC. These organizations engineer ideas that impact thousands of minority women and children in the US and Africa by driving community transformation and building economic parity. Taylor is passionate about equal participation and empowering women and children in STEM education. The end-goal is to propel financial and entrepreneurial freedoms, challenge the status quo, and infuse future leaders’ confidence. With over 25 years of leadership experience as a senior executive in diverse, multinational organizations, she promotes inclusivity in the workforce and redefines cultural paradigms via unique business solutions.

Taylor sits on the boards of multiple organizations including the African Women on Board (AWB) and partners with the United Nations-General Assembly of Women Leaders. Taylor understands the critical need to drive equality in both policy and practice in solution-oriented strategies that address the changed need for financial advancement.

Taylor earned a TRIUM Global Executive MBA from the London School of Economics (LSE), HCE Business School in Paris, and Stern Business School, NYU. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State

University, and a Certificate in Engineering from Oxford University.
